About Total Communication Therapy Pte. Ltd

At Total Communication Therapy, we are more than a team of clinicians — we are partners in creating lasting impact for children, families, and schools. Our mission is to unlock each child's limitless potential through neurological and quality-of-life breakthroughs, while cultivating a supportive environment where therapists grow both personally and professionally.

Here, you will find flexibility to pursue diverse projects, while being supported to discover and build your own pathway of success and significance — always anchored in delivering consistent, quality care.

Position Overview

We are seeking Part-Time Developmental/Education Therapists who are passionate about helping children achieve meaningful developmental progress across communication, social, sensory, and learning domains. You will play a vital role in providing individualized interventions and support for children with diverse learning and developmental needs, in close collaboration with families, schools, and a multidisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

  • Assess & Plan: Conduct developmental and educational assessments to identify each child's strengths and challenges; design individualized intervention or learning support plans.
  • Implement Interventions: Deliver structured, engaging, and evidence-based therapy or learning sessions targeting developmental, behavioural, or academic skills.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with parents, teachers, and fellow clinicians to ensure cohesive, holistic support for each child.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and document children's progress; adjust strategies and goals as needed to ensure continued growth and engagement.
  • Educate & Empower: Equip parents and educators with practical strategies to reinforce learning and therapy goals at home and in school.
  • Engage Creatively: Use play, movement, and hands-on activities to create a positive, motivating, and child-centered learning experience.
  • Grow & Contribute: Participate in team discussions, peer learning, and mentorship opportunities to enhance both your skills and the collective growth of the team.

Who We're Looking For

We seek therapists who are not only skilled but also:

  • Teachable: Open to learning and growing continuously.
  • Collaborative: Value teamwork and positive relationships.
  • Purpose-Driven: Passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
  • Adaptable: Flexible in exploring creative approaches while maintaining excellence.
  • Growth-Oriented: Motivated to pursue personal and professional growth while contributing to others' development.

What's Needed

  • Degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience working with children (preferred).
  • Familiarity with developmental or learning challenges (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech/language delays, sensory integration difficulties).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Registration or license (where applicable).

Why Join Us

  • A supportive, value-driven culture where every contribution matters.
  • Flexible working arrangements suited to your schedule and strengths.
  • Opportunities to work across diverse settings with children, families, and schools.
  • Continuous mentorship, supervision, and professional growth opportunities.
  • A collaborative team that believes in success and significance — built together.
