Job Responsibilities:

A) Project Management


• Arrange timely and consistent communication sessions with internal and external.


• Lead project planning, implementation and maintenance meetings to remove obstacles and to increase efficiency


• Document meetings and processes to ensure best practice


• Participate and engage in tender process i.e. design, submission and review


• Working with Proposal Manager to produce quotations for variation orders


• Coordinate the overall project progress of the production department, procurement department and design department, promote and ensure the smooth implementation of the project

B) Strategy and Consulting


• Consult customer regarding explosion proof products.


• Guide to complete technical proposals of explosion proof products.


• Responsible to create and maintain SAP and PLM system data of products.


• Responsible for technical communication with HQ.

C) Product Marketing


• Responsible for catalogue review and explanation to Marketing Communication. Prepare exhibition material and samples.


• Responsible for calculation and distribution of list price for internal use in Bartec Singapore.

D) Bidding Phase


• Coordinate and arrange the technical support work for sales during bidding.


• Review of the technical proposals, drawings, bid documents of explosion proof products


• Directly involve in promotion of key project, prepare technical scheme and technical agreement with customer during bidding.


• Bid price calculation for projects.


• Review technical part of sales contracts.


• Negotiate for technical requirement with suppliers before biding, and support purchasing for price negotiation.

E) Detail Design


• Technical review of detail design of contracts.


• Responsible for content of detailed design drawings, BOM, As-built documents for projects, either created by team or by himself.


• All other works assigned by management.

Job Requirements: -


• Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent


• Minimum 5 years of experiences managing a team of engineering employee


• Good interpersonal and communication skills


• Good fundamental of Electrical Safety and Area Classification.


• Good knowledge of Explosion Proof and Flame Proof, IP protection Class.


• Good knowledge of Electrical Instrument, Protection System.


• Proficiency in computer knowledge of Microsoft Office software, AutoCAD, Inventor, SAP etc
