BIM Coordinator

We are an engineering consultancy specializing in integrated infrastructure and urban development services. Our focus is on smart city solutions, combining Mega Infrastructure, Green Infrastructure, and Smart Infrastructure, supported by BIM/CIM/GIS technologies to serve more than 50 cities globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage BIM models for architecturals or structural projects

• Ensure BIM models are developed according to project standards and requirements

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate models

• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks or equivalent tools

• Support project teams in BIM-related tasks and model updates

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, MEP, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination or model management

• Proficient in Revit (Architecture, Structure, or MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD

• Familiar with BIM/VDC/IDD concepts; certification is an advantage

• Experience with ArchiCAD preferred (for Architectural role)

• Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred Candidates:

• Local candidates preferred

• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage, as the role requires liaising with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
