Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investment Associate / Senior Associate to join our team. The role will be based in Singapore, and the ideal candidate will have experience working with regional or global firms. The position will report directly to a partner of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct financial modeling, perform industry analysis, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that inform investment decisions.
  2. Support the deal team by managing the investment pipeline, tracking deal flow, and evaluating potential transactions.
  3. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance processes and decision-making within the investment team.

Qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a background in engineering and banking, with a focus on research or trading.
  2. Strong understanding of public markets, with proficiency in financial modeling, audit, and financial analysis.
  3. Experience with growth venture investments or crossover PIPE deals is a plus.
  4. MBA and proficiency in South East Asian languages is a plus.
