Line Engineering Assistant

Job Responsibility:
1) Prepare Engineering build requests, electronic Special Work Request, materials, Wafer Map until shipment and all other documentation to start and execute engineering builds.
2) Conduct routine inspection, data collection of measurement to meet product requirement
3) Follow standard operation procedure(SOP), work instruction and OCAP procedure( Operation Control Action Plan )
4) Prepare Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order for material purchase
5) Tracking of engineering lot receiving & shipment, expedite and escalate.
6) Coordinate and expedite customers reliability activities from Bump , Assembly , Test , Reliability.
7) Support NPI Engineer on new product flow / Bill of material setup
8) Providing basic ideas and proposal on procedural for improvement on current procedures
Job Requirement:
1) Nitec or Higher Nitec. Diploma would be an advantage
2) Verification of BOM (Bill Of Materials) readiness prior engineering build starts
3) Verification of Support NPI engineer on the new product flow build
4) Performs expediting of lot and coordination with all production personnel via machine and resource availability check.
