**The Job**:
- Assist in managing marketing functions and activities of the organisation, e.g. open house, seminars, exhibitions, etc.
- Responsible for marketing collateral design/printing, content development (on social media platform), video production, etc.
- Conduct presentations, monitor budget and performance and other marketing related tasks
- Assist in other daily operation tasks, e.g. maintaining website, refreshing social media content, updating database, etc.
- Assist in project and coordination
- Any other ad-hoc tasks
- Diploma in marketing, mass communication, or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 1 to 2 year(s) of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of digital as well as traditional marketing
- IT Savvy and proficient in graphic tools, (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and/or marketing tools
- Good presentation skill and people skill
- Good in writing English
**Other Information**:
- Working Environment: Light Industrial / Manufacturing
- Working Schedule: 5-days working week, normal office hours
- Working Location: WEST of Singapore
- Salary package: Basic salary Bonus
- Gross annual salary offer: S$39,000 - S$45,500 ( depending on experience )
