Salesperson (Showroom & Outbound)

We're looking for a driven, people-focused salesperson to join our growing team.
Your core mission: drive sales, both by converting walk-ins and by proactively building your own pipeline through smart outbound outreach.
This position is 100% sales-focused.
You'll be representing Singapore's leading premium slab brand, supported by strong marketing, a beautiful showroom, and products that genuinely sell themselves.
Working Hours: 11am–7pm
Work Days: 5 days/week (Both weekends required)
Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Sales (Showroom)
- Greet walk-ins and qualify customer needs
- Present slabs, species, epoxy options, and design recommendations
- Lead customers through selection, quotation, and closing
- Manage WhatsApp & call follow-ups for incoming leads
- Maintain showroom presentation and customer experience standards
When the showroom is quieter on weekdays, you'll proactively build your pipeline through:
- ID outreach (daily): Contact interior design firms, introduce Woodslab, send catalogs, and secure appointments
- Corporate/office outreach: Restaurants, architects, offices, co-working spaces, renovation firms
- Follow-up campaigns: Past walk-ins, ghosted leads, older quotations, and WhatsApp enquiries
- Client re-engagement: Reach out to previous buyers for shelves, benches, consoles, or second-home pieces
- Appointment setting: Book private showroom visits and pre-schedule weekend traffic

- You maintain a strong follow-up routine and clean pipeline
- You take ownership of your outbound efforts and drive your own results
- Customers enjoy working with you — warm, confident, and knowledgeable
- You understand species, slabs, dimensions, and pricing with clarity
Requirements
- Strong communicator with natural sales instincts
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and targets
- Proactive, driven, and able to manage your own daily schedule
- Interest in furniture, woodworking, or interior design is a plus
- Weekend availability required
- No experience needed — full training provided
Compensation & Growth Path
Probation (3 months)
- $2,000 basic salary
- 3–4% commission
