Adecco is partnering with a multinational corporation Semiconductor company to search for a Technical Documentation Coordinator.

The Opportunity

  • Focus: To simplify and accurately convert technical documents into HTML format while supporting engineering change communications and ensuring compliance.
  • Office location: North-East
  • Working hours: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • This role starts off as a contract position

The Talent

  • Open to candidate with minimal years of relevant work experience.
  • Must have Basic HTML5 writing skills and experience

The Job

HTML Conversion

  • Collaborate with SMEs to convert existing documents and SOPs into HTML format
  • Ensure content integrity and accuracy during the conversion process
  • Push converted HTML documents into the BluePrint Platform for end-user access

Engineering Change Notification (ECN) Support

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of ECNs as requested
  • Track and document the implementation of engineering changes
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SOP efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide training and support to team members on SOPs and related tools
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
