Manicurist and Lash

Job Scope:

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, buffing, and application of nail polish, gel polish, and nail art.
• Perform lash extension services, including classic, volume, and hybrid lash applications, refills, and removal, ensuring comfort and safety for clients.
• Advise clients on aftercare for nails and lash extensions to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations according to health and safety guidelines.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirm client schedules, and handle walk-in customers courteously.
• Upsell services and products, such as nail care treatments and lash cleansers, to support salon sales targets.
• Monitor and manage inventory of nail and lash products, reporting low stock for timely replenishment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail art and lash extension services to enhance service offerings.
• Deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.

• Work 44 hours a week, schedule given
