* Travel islandwide is required, onsite support role

Our client is a company who providing data recovery, storage solution in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support IT Infrastructure

  • Handle Incident Case, Service Request and Maintenance Task

  • Update System Configuration

  • Update and Patching IT System

  • Work with Vendor to carry out troubleshooting and Support IT System

Requirements:

  • Practical knowledge & hands-on experiences in implementing Windows server inclusive of domain controllers, file/print, DNS, DDNS, DHCP and Active Directory

  • Working knowledge with Virtualization and its related technologies, Vmware, Hyper-V, Storage, Blade Servers and Windows Servers

  • 1 to 3 years working experience in IT

  • Knowledge in System and Network
