Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely collect, segregate, and package hazardous waste materials according to regulations
  • Transport waste to designated treatment or disposal facilities in compliance with safety standards
  • Operate and maintain equipment used in handling hazardous substances
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure safe storage and labeling of hazardous materials
  • Maintain accurate records of waste handling, movement, and disposal activities
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields
  • Prior experience in waste management, industrial safety, or hazardous material handling preferred
  • Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and hazardous waste protocols
  • Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work in demanding environments
  • Strong commitment to safety and compliance
