Legal Operations Project Lead

We are currently seeking multiple Legal Tech Consultant/ Legal Operations Project Lead /Legal transformation Specialist/ AI Legal Strategist / Process improvement manager to join our ranks and support our Fortune 500 clients across industries and lead on exciting projects:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training coordination, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery
• Act as lead for legal operations projects and coordinate with various teams including training and operations departments, etc.
• Coordinate for legal training sessions and create supporting materials including SOPS
• Manage communications and act as launch point-of-contact
• Oversee project management including budgeting, forecasts and resource planning
• Support user demos and feedback integration

Requirements

• Proven experience managing legal operations/related projects management from relevant disciplines including legal, legal technologist / strategic operations / project management. Experience in AI implementations is advantageous
• Strong communication and coordination skill
