Our client is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team
What you'll be doing?

Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Technical Problem-Solving: Tackle on-site technical issues head-on, utilizing your expertise to find effective solutions.

Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with your team, consultants, and sub-contractors to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.

Productivity Optimization: Work closely with subcontractors to enhance productivity rates and integrate them into the scheduling process.

Project Monitoring: Develop and implement scheduling and monitoring systems to track site activities effectively.

Quality Improvement: Conduct regular meetings with construction staff to promote and implement quality enhancement techniques.

SWC Works Expertise: Apply your professional knowledge in all aspects of SWC Works.

Who are they looking for?

Experienced Professional: Ideally, you'll have 5-10 years of experience in construction site management, with a focus on large-scale projects.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrate your ability to lead site teams effectively and coordinate with various stakeholders.
