Central Region, Singapore Manpower Staffing Services (S) Pte Ltd - Head Office Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess and analyze operational risks across regions; develop and implement risk mitigation measures to address operational risks identified.
  • Participate and contribute to regular risk assessments (i.e. RCSA, Annual Risk Approval, ICAAP) and recommend improvements to strengthen the control environment.
  • Prepare risk reports to business and risk forums covering operational incidents, key risk metrics (KPI, KCI and KRI) and operational risk issues.
  • Assist in operational risk events reporting to ensure timeliness and accuracy i.e. perform root cause analysis, review risk events write-up to ensure factual accuracy, identify lessons learnt and implement effective preventive actions.
  • Collaborate effectively with processing teams and various stakeholders such as Front Office, Risk Management Group (RMG), Tech and Operations COO Risk, Audit, Legal and Compliance to assist in risk and control initiatives and risk landscape reviews.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance or in related majors.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in operational risk or related role within banking or financial industry.
  • Good to have knowledge or work experience on Treasury & Markets products
  • Good stakeholder management skills and have the confidence to speak to senior management for discussion on risk matters and decision making.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions
