About the role

Qistna Express Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Bus Driver Class 4/BDVL to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the journey. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a range of employee benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate a bus, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  2. Transport passengers to their destinations in a timely and professional manner
  3. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in proper working condition
  4. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers on every drop off
  5. Make sure to check bus loading based on pick up and adhere strictly to route timings/ scheduling

What we're looking for

  1. Valid Class 4/BDVL driving license with a clean driving record
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a bus driver or similar role
  3. Work permit available. Contract for 1 year
  4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe driving practices
  5. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with diverse passengers
  6. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  7. Flexible schedule and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
