Job summary

1) Responsible for driving company executives, guests to various locations while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Area of responsibilities

1) Safely transport guests to and from designated locations in a timely manner.

2) Safely transport company executives to and from designated locations in a timely manner. (Example: To events, to airport, etc)

3) Safely transport directors family members to and from designated locations in a timely manner.

4) Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all situations.

5) Maintain a professional appearance and good behaviour at all times.

6) Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.

7) Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle at all times (interior and exterior).

8) Monitor vehicle condition and schedule regular maintenance and repairs as needed.

9) Ensure the vehicle is fueled, registered, and in compliance with all local traffic laws and regulations.

10) Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, as well as handling luggage or personal items, whenever necessary.

11) Keep records of travel, expenses, mileage, and service logs.

12) Plan and follow the most efficient routes, accounting for traffic, road closures, and weather conditions.

13) Plan and manage customers appointments with communication and support from sales team.

14) Assist on paperwork and administrative tasks assigned.

15) Assist on ad hoc tasks as assigned such as packing of parcels, packing of sales leads for mailing, sending of samples to customers, collection of payment from customers.

16) Run errands as requested.

17) Provide assistance for personal errands and tasks assigned.

18) Any other tasks as instructed.

19) Any other area of responsibilities that the company deems necessary.

Competency requirements

1) Valid driving license Class 3/3A with a clean driving record to drive Toyota Alphard.

2) Excellent organizational and time management skills.

3) Experience as a professional chauffeur or personal driver preferred.

4) Good knowledge of local routes, traffic laws, and GPS navigation.

5) Professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.

6) Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Working hours

1) 5 days work week, unless special duties are assigned on weekend.
