Roles & Responsibilities

Jobs Responsibilities

  • Autocad / BIM Modeller (Electrical Contractor)
  • Produce BIM Drawings/Draftings documents for one or more services.
  • Model Management and administration
  • Coordinating with professional staff on reviewing models and comments
  • BIM modelling using Revit.
  • Checking of M&E Shop-drawing.
  • Knowledge of Combined Services Drawings
  • Updating Shop-drawing List.
  • Supporting Project Team on Shop-drawing Submission.
  • Able to prepare BOM base on BIM
  • Any other related tasks
  • Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for drawings and submission approval
  • Able to communicate with site supervisors and foreign workers (Bangladesh, India and China PRC).

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess relevant BIM modelling experience with relevant software
  • At least 3 years working experience in the drafting of engineering works
  • A minimum of 3 year's experience in construction industry is required.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2, $4,500.00 per month
