Job Description & Requirements
- Assisting Manager and Engineer with all the admin works 
- Prepare quotation or maintenance schedule. 
- Prepare costing. 
- Fill up daily services reports (filing, invoicing, quotations, etc.) 
- Sort out quotations from suppliers. 
- Assist tender admin work. 
- Preferred, but not necessary, with some experiences working in Air-conditioning service or Project Company.
