About the role

As a Technician at Smart Property Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the electrical and electronic systems that power our properties. This full-time position is based in Singapore, where you will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities.

Job Description:

  1. Inspect, test, and diagnose electrical and electronic systems and equipment
  2. Perform preventative maintenance and carry out repairs as needed
  3. Install and configure new electrical and electronic components
  4. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
  5. Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement improvements to our systems and processes
  6. Adhere to all relevant safety protocols and regulations

Job Requirements:

  1. Relevant technical qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician or in a similar role
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
  5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
