Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a technically inclined professional who can combine hands-on software development with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. This role involves approximately 70% software development and 30% cross-functional collaboration with internal business teams and external clients.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and deploying applications, while also serving as a bridge between multiple teams to ensure project requirements and enhancements are clearly understood, feasible, and effectively delivered.

Job description

Technical (70%)

  • Develop, test, and deploy full-stack solutions using Java and React, SQL and noSQL databases.
  • Work with deployment technologies such as Docker and Azure.
  • Participate in code reviews, version control, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with internal IT and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and performance optimization.

Stakeholder engagement (30%)

  • Collaborate with internal and external business teams to understand system enhancement needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Liaise with external clients and vendors to clarify functional specifications and align on deliverables.
  • Support project managers in planning and coordination to ensure on-time delivery of enhancements and releases.

Job requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in full-stack deployment.
  • Proficiency in Java, React, SQL and MongoDB; experience with Azure and Docker is advantageous.
  • Comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
