About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our Scholarships and Sponsorships team . In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and enhancing our scholarship and sponsorship programmes, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive scholarship and sponsorship programmes
  2. Evaluating and selecting suitable candidates for our scholarship and sponsorship opportunities
  3. Managing relationships with academic institutions, community partners, and other stakeholders
  4. Analysing programme data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote and market our scholarship and sponsorship initiatives
  6. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our programmes
  7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and budgetary requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the human resources or recruitment industry
  2. Strong understanding of scholarship and sponsorship programme management, including selection processes, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
  4. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful scholarship and sponsorship initiatives
  5. Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and project management
