Responsibilities

QC Analyst – Chemistry / Sensory (80% deskbound):

  • Conduct QC testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
  • Perform physical, chemical, and sensory evaluation tests
  • Document results, issue COAs, and respond to internal/external enquiries
  • Maintain lab stock and equipment calibration
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in QA/QC

Responsibilities

QC Microbiologist (80% Lab work):

  • Perform microbiological testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and water quality checks
  • Investigate deviations, non-conformance, and adverse trends
  • Maintain microbiology lab equipment and SOPs
  • Support continuous improvement and compliance with lab standards

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Proficient in lab techniques and equipment (KF Titrator, UV-Vis, Microscope, etc.)
  • Basic sensory evaluation capability preferred
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
