What you'll be doing

  • Team up with Sales, Marketing & Branding – Work alongside with our team to understand creative direction, goals and bring exciting campaign ideas to life
  • Brainstorm Script & Shoot Scroll-stopping Content – Make contents for multimedia needs (i.e. Promotion, Branding, Social Media, Ads, TVC etc.) that blend brand aesthetics with viral trends and conversion.
  • Edit Like a Pro – Transform raw footage into compelling videos, adding subtitles, ensuring they connect with each regional audience while staying culturally relevant.
  • Deliver Top-Notch Quality – Every video you create will be polished, on-brand, and ready to wow
  • Share Fresh Ideas – Have a genius idea? We're all ears Your input will help shape our video strategy and elevate our content.
  • Keep It Organized – Manage video assets efficiently and maintain a smooth post-production workflow.
  • Track & Optimize – Analyze video performance data and fine-tune your content strategy to keep engagement levels soaring

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2–3 years of video editing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or e-commerce product short-form videos. (Portfolio required PDF/ website link accepted)
  • Strong knowledge of camera operations, equipment, and lighting setups, with the ability to support content and live streaming teams when needed.
  • Expert in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Motion graphics/animation skills are a plus.
  • Obsession with TikTok / IG Reels / Shopee trends and what makes them convert/
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English to create localized content.
  • Ability to work fast -- deliver high-quality, engaging videos under tight deadline.
  • Experience with live-stream editing or UGC-style content is an advantage.
  • Interns and fresh graduates are welcome Immediate starters preferred.
