Woodslab Fine Furniture — Singapore
Woodslab is Singapore's leading brand for premium live-edge slabs and custom solid wood tables. We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Coordinator to manage order fulfilment, logistics, and customer after-sales support.
This role sits at the heart of our operations — ensuring every order is accurate, every delivery runs smoothly, and every customer receives proper support even after their table is delivered.
You will be the key person who ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Delivery Scheduling
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries with customers and logistics partners
- Maintain and update the delivery calendar
- Confirm delivery readiness (legs prepared, slabs oiled, hardware packed)
- Ensure delivery teams have all required information (addresses, access, contacts, timing)
- Inspect slabs and furniture pieces before delivery
- Verify items match customer order specifications (species, finish, dimensions, legs)
- Prepare labels, packaging, and ensure items are customer-ready before dispatch
- Maintain an Order Tracking Sheet linking customer invoices to China factory orders
- Track production timelines, shipment statuses, and resolve discrepancies
- Double-check all supplier orders against customer invoices
- Maintain organised records of all orders placed with the factory
- Update statuses: Ordered → In Production → Shipped → Arrived → Delivered
- Maintain a live overview of all ongoing orders
- Flag outstanding or delayed items for follow-up
- Support the sales team with accurate customer updates
- Serve as the main point of contact for all after-sales enquiries
- Arrange touch-ups, repairs, or adjustments when needed
- Coordinate with the workshop for minor fixes (training provided)
- Track after-sales cases and ensure timely follow-through
- Provide friendly, professional communication to customers
- Maintain records of after-sales issues to help improve product quality
11:00am – 7:00pm (Monday–Friday)
Hours may occasionally extend during deliveries or peak periods.
Requirements
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel and digital tools (Asana)
- Experience in logistics, fulfilment, operations, or customer service preferred
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously
- Interest in craftsmanship, woodworking, or interior design is a plus
- Basic woodworking/repair skills (training provided)
