Position Title: AutoCAD Draftsman/ Architectural Drafter Assistant

Working Location: Pioneer

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM – 6PM)

Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3000 + Bonus

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Utilize AutoCAD and, preferably, Revit to design and implement MEP systems.

Ensure CAD drawings meet quality standards.

Revise drawings based on mark-ups and specifications.

Verify drawings for accuracy and completeness.

Convert sketches into CAD drawings and interpret mechanical/process designs.

Develop and apply work methodologies.

Keep all project drawings up-to-date, including producing shop and as-built drawings.

Offer technical support and participate in project meetings.

Prepare engineering documents for submission.

Capable of working in both indoor and outdoor environments on-site.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent; experience considered.

1-2 years as a 2D CAD drafter in construction will be advantageous.

Candidates without relevant experience is encouraged to apply, training provided.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MEP drawings, and MS Office
