About the role

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager - Business Development to grow our wholesale business in the travel sector. This role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with local travel agents, hotels, and corporate clients, while promoting our wide range of travel products such as Attraction Tickets, Local Singapore Tours, Packages, Hotels, and Cruises.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and grow sales from travel agents, hotels, and corporate clients.
  • Promote and sell company products such as Attraction Tickets, Local Tours, Packages, Hotels, and Cruises.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the wholesale client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners through regular engagement.
  • Present products, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to support business growth strategies.
  • To carry out any other job function given by management from time to time.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Tourism, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or travel industry (wholesale experience preferred).
  • Strong local network within the travel trade and hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
