Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer with experience in Tool & Die Design to conceptualize, design, and develop high-precision tools for metal stamped, deep draw, and forming parts. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, design proficiency, and the ability to work independently throughout the design cycle.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and design tools for high-precision metal-stamped, deep-drawn, and formed parts.
  • Study and interpret part drawings, and prepare detailed layout designs based on product requirements.
  • Develop and complete tool designs independently, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance tool design performance and product quality.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date design documentation and technical drawings.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Engineering.
  • Certification in design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Unigraphics NX.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Tool & Die Design, preferably in precision tooling or metal stamping industries.
  • Strong understanding of tooling materials, manufacturing processes, and tolerance control.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
