Associate Director, Investor Relations and Marketing

Our client is an established and highly regarded PE firm that is in a growth mode.
For this role, we are seeking an Associate Director, Investor Solutions & Marketing to lead the firm's marketing and investor engagement activities. This is a 1-year contract role starting around early Jan 2026. There will be a variable bonus offered at the end of the assignment for a good performer.
You will report to the Head of the department and perform the following key responsibilities:
- Champion and elevate the firm's brand presence across owned, earned and paid channels
- Lead and drive integrated marketing campaigns (across print, digital and social platforms) tailored for institutional investors, wealth platforms and retail audiences
- Lead the design and delivery of flagship investor conferences, seminars, webinars, and industry forums
- Develop product marketing materials, thought leadership pieces, white papers and all investor communications content
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all touchpoints and a seamless investor experience by partnering with investment, operations, legal and compliance teams
- Lead and develop the firm's public relations strategy through the management of relationships with media, drafting of press releases and executive talking points to build visibility and credibility in the market
- Manage budgets, external vendors and agency relationships effectively to ensure cost-efficient and high-quality outcomes
- Leverage data and analytics to measure and optimize brand and product engagement
Qualifications & Capabilities
- Degree qualified with 7 – 10 years in marketing, investor relations/PR, or client servicing roles, preferably gained in the asset management or private equity
- Deep understanding of institutional and retail investor segments, distribution channels, and product positioning
- Strong track record in leading integrated marketing campaigns, event management and content development
- Excellent communication, writing, project management, and leadership skills
- Dynamic, adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Photoshop, Illustrator, experience in graphic design and video content creation are a plus
- Able to commit to a 1-year contract assignment starting around early Jan 2026.
