  • Oversee and manage daily technological operations across clients properties.

  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth system performance, uptime, and quick issue resolution.

  • Conduct regular and refresher training sessions at various malls and corporate buildings to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and support business decisions.
  • Perform random spot checks on technologies, response times, and compliance with service standards.

  • Prepare detailed operational and performance reports for clients on a scheduled basis.

  • Respond promptly to client requests and provide professional solutions for all technology-related issues.

  • Deliver structured training sessions for clients to improve system usage and understanding.

  • Maintain close communication with vendors to coordinate servicing, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

  • Manage and update the internal operations website to provide real-time data visibility for all sites.

  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects and priorities while ensuring consistent service quality across all properties.

  • Conduct feasibility study for implementation of data sensors in clients promises
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Handle day-to-day IT support requests within the office environment, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum  Diploma in Information Technology or in a related field

  • Minimum 2–5 years' experience in IT support, systems management, or IoT-related projects.
  • Knowledge of IoT communication protocols and cloud-based IoT platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS IoT).
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of networking, cloud storage, and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with smart cleaning systems, digital attendance tools, or building management systems (BMS) is a plus.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, sensors, and connectivity issues
  • Knowledge of mobile device management and cloud services for multi-site operations.

  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and implementing new technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across different project sites
  • Able to commence on short notice
