The role will be based in Singapore and will report directly to our Senior Vice President of Hotel Investment Sales Asia.We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate, highly motivated about adding value and delivering superior results to the team. As a Senior Associate in JLL's Hotels & Hospitality team, you will lead financial modeling, prepare complex marketing materials, drive business development initiatives and create sophisticated pitch documents. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead primary research and data collection efforts, strategically utilizing AI tools to enhance data quality and research depth;Develop and implement new methodologies to leverage existing and new data for business development, client mandates and internal/external reporting;Oversee and maintain hotel research databases and internal CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for team decision-making;Manage the entire life cycle of investment sales projects from the production of client pitches and investment marketing materials to the coordination of due diligence process and closing procedures;Independently conduct underwriting and modelling of direct hotel and hospitality investment opportunities across Asia;Lead the production of marketing materials including client pitches, investment marketing materials and due diligence documents, using appropriate digital tools to create compelling, data-driven narratives when beneficial;Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on analyses and deliverables; andIdentify opportunities to improve team workflows and processes, balancing traditional expertise with selective technology adoption. REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUNDUndergraduate degree in relevant disciplines such as business, hospitality, finance and/or real estate; advanced degree preferred3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, real estate, or financial servicesProven track record of complex financial analysis and modelingStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent report writing skills and exceptional attention to detailSuperior presentation, communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in English and a second languageAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Must be willing to travel in the region As a dedicated Hotels and Hospitality sector specialist, you should possess strong analytical, communication and team-working skills and be comfortable in dealing with people of all cultures and at different levels across Asia. You should thrive in a dynamic, multi-national environment and be able to contribute innovative ideas, insights and suggestions on how to improve the way we conduct, present and communicate our expertise. You should embrace the latest available technology tools as a leverage to source, prepare and deliver up-to-date, world-class data analytics to both internal and external stakeholders. Candidates will be required to complete a live case study as part of the interview process to demonstrate their analytical abilities, market knowledge, and problem-solving skills in a practical hotel investment scenario.
