Serves food and beverages

· Ensures table and chairs are arranged neatly

· Ensures table settings such as utensils, plates, cups … etc are in placed

· Prepares Chinese Tea

· Refills vinegar, soya sauce, salt and pepper

· Clears used dishes

· Cleans small forks, spoons, serving trays, vinegar holder, soya sauce holder, salt holder and pepper holder, toothpick holder, promotion table stand, numbering stand, microwave, oven, side station and work station

· Dries plates, bowls, tea pots, cups and cutleries

· Bleaches tea pots, cups, glasses, cutleries

· Cleans lazy susans (a turntable / rotating tray)

· Removes food particles from tablecloth before sending for wash

· Counts linen before sending for wash

· Performs duties of a food checker on rotation basis
