Responsibilities

  • Manage full sets of accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Prepare consolidated management and financial reports in accordance with SFRS / SFRS for Small Entities.
  • Coordinate annual audits, liaising with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance and timely submissions.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure all statutory filings are accurate and on time.
  • Administer and monitor grants and claims (e.g., training subsidies).
  • Strengthen and maintain internal controls, policies, and SOPs covering billing, expenses, travel, and procurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Xero accounting software.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
