Amazon is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Program Manager Intern to be based in Singapore to help shape the future of our Data Centers. This team focuses on driving operational excellence, process improvements and optimization for our infra program managers.

As a Delivery Ops PM Intern, you will drive process improvement initiatives such as mechanism reviews, building reporting/dashboards and drafting project proposals to optimize our core tools/systems including engaging with our customers to understand their painpoints.

Key job responsibilities

  • Assist in project management data validation and data clean up across a large volume of critical infrastructure projects in the system of record
  • Gather business and functional requirements and translate the gathered requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions that work well within the overall data architecture
  • Analyze large amounts of data, discover and solve real world problems, and build metrics and business cases to help business teams to make decisions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Currently an undergraduate degree, graduating between December 2026 – June 2027
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship from Jan to Jun 2026
  • Interest and background in business intelligence and data analytics
  • Excellent business and communication skills, high attention to detail
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience building reports/visualizations via QuickSight
  • Experience analyzing structured and unstructured data using SQL
  • Experience in Excel as main presentation tool for data sets
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Passion for experiencing new technologies, cultures, and locations around the world
