Here is a description of the role we are opening:

ADVANCED QUALITY PLANNING

(Quality by design)

  • Initiate and deploy an advanced product quality plan in the new product/process development (based on SPEED)
  • Participate in the development of Design & PFMEA (Process, Failure Mode and Effect analysis)
  • Develop and ensure that program goals including quality and reliability are met in compliance with customer/product specifications and standards (eg. Reach/ROHS)
  • Translate from users defined specifications into product qualification plans

RISK ANALYSIS AND MITIGATION

  • Lead and support the project manager to the identification of all potential quality risks to product physical attributes, intended functional and reliability performance
  • Analyse initial product and process prototype/experimental data to identify possible area of risks and propose a risk mitigation plan

PRODUCT VALIDATION & CONFORMITY TO NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

  • Work closely with project team
