- Reconcile trades daily to ensure consistency between internal records and exchange data, identifying discrepancies promptly.
- Liaise with brokers on trade-related matters, fostering positive relationships through clear communication and cooperation.
- Post journal entries into the back office system accurately, supporting financial reporting processes.
- Participate in Business Continuity Plan (BCP) activities, Policy & Procedure Manual (PPM) updates, and contribute to back office-related system projects as assigned.
- Cover Futures Team's evening shift when required, handling daily customer fund movements and retrieving trade files from various exchanges such as SGX, JPX, and HKFE for processing in CTMS.
- Perform close out activities in CTMS and on exchange platforms, ensuring all positions are reported accurately before deadlines.
- Submit position reporting to SGX before 10am on the following business day, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support operational excellence.
