Responsibilities
- Manage course administration, including enquiries, registrations, ad-hoc requests, and course delivery support.
- Maintain online registration system and prepare training performance reports.
- Update marketing materials and support events to increase course participation.
- Assist in organizing corporate activities and events.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors to meet service standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Candidate with receptionist/front desk experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidate with experience in training/learning centre is preferred.
