Our client is a community-focused social service agency based in the Jurong area. They are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Executive (Social Service) to join their team.

This role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to community development, particularly in volunteer management and engagement, while supporting programmes that make a real difference in the lives of seniors and other vulnerable groups.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the management and delivery of SG Cares programme-funded initiatives, ensuring all KPIs are met. Oversee operational risk, quality assurance, and compliance to maintain the integrity and impact of volunteer-led programmes.

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and volunteers, using various engagement platforms. Lead volunteer recognition and engagement activities to foster a motivated volunteer base.

  3. Assess and plan for volunteer manpower needs, identifying required skills and competencies. Ensure volunteers are equipped with necessary training and resources.

  4. Identify and cultivate potential volunteer sources, manage enquiries, and address feedback to ensure a seamless volunteer experience.

  5. Develop and implement outreach programmes to recruit new volunteers, raise awareness, and expand the volunteer network aligned with the charity's mission and goals.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in social work or equivalent.

  2. Experience in the social service sector is an advantage.

  3. Passionate about working with seniors in the community.

  4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate volunteers.
