Job Descriptions

· Manage the entire lifecycle of spare parts, from procurement to delivery.

· Oversee the entire equipment parts sales process, from initial customer contact to order fulfilment.

· Handle full-set of shipping documents, B/L, commercial invoice, packing list etc.

· Monitor and co-ordinate with local customers/transporters on deliveries of cargoes.

· Monitor and co-ordinate with carriers/freight forwarders for booking and shipment delivery.

· Booking of shipments with internal freight forwarding division.

· Confirmation of shipping documents, cross-check Bill of Lading with overseas agent.

· Drive sales by following up on high-value parts quotations.

· Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy.

· Set up and maintain accurate pricing information for various parts and accessories.

· Prepare accurate and competitive pricing proposals and monitor and adjust pricing as needed.

· Ensure compliance with local tax and import/export regulations.

· Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the parts business.

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans and promotions to achieve revenue targets.

· Analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate parts solutions.

· Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

· Any other additional duties as assigned.

What We Expect of You

· Bachelor's degree in engineering/logistics/supply chain management or related field.

· Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.

· Prior parts management experience in the heavy equipment industry, is highly preferred.

· Ability to analyse data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and make data-driven decisions.

· Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to parts availability, pricing, and logistics.

· Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
