Make an Impact by:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of system BAU activities through routine checks and monitoring.

  • Perform timely service provisioning and handle fault complaints from TAC/INOC/1608.

  • Manage number migration activities effectively and productively.

  • Liaise with the Order Team, Account Manager, and Product Manager to ensure orders are accurately captured and provisioned before customer-requested dates.

  • Oversee equipment lifecycle refreshments and conduct MOP reviews.

  • Perform software and patch updates as part of system maintenance.

  • Conduct security and vulnerability/IOC scans and implement necessary mitigations.

  • Engage with vendors for Change Requests and system enhancements.

  • System operations to provide smooth service availability for BizVoice, SIP trunk

  • Supports C5 migration for SIP Trunk service from Cisco (Broadsoft) to Huawei C5 system

  • Supports internal and external audit preparations and exercise for the system

  • Supports system and security patches, updates to the system

Skills for Success:

  • Diploma in Computer Engineering, and related engineering disciplines

  • Min 2 years of work experience in TCP/IP networking

  • Telco or networking experience

  • TCP/IP networking

  • Linux knowledge

  • Good communication skills and able to work as a team

  • SIP trunk and protocol knowledge

  • Willing to be on standby duties
