Job Description

1. Content Creation & Video Editing

2. Plan, script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (mainly TikTok & Instagram Reels) that follow trending formats and challenges.

3. Use CapCut (and other editing tools as needed) to create polished, on-trend videos optimized for social media performance.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.

5. Stay updated with TikTok/IG trends and adapt them creatively to highlight You Tiao Man products.

6. Social Media Storytelling

7. Generate fresh and creative content ideas to build brand awareness and engagement.

8. Assist with copywriting for captions, hashtags, and campaign messaging.

9. Monitor audience feedback and analytics to continuously improve content strategy.

10. Packaging Design

11. Conceptualize and design packaging for new product launches, including You Tiao Chips, tailored for supermarket and retail shelves.

12. Ensure designs meet branding guidelines, food labeling regulations, and appeal to consumer preferences.

13. Work with external printers and suppliers to finalize packaging mock-ups and production-ready files.

14. Cross-Functional Collaboration

15. Partner with R&D and sales teams to understand product features and translate them into compelling visuals.

16. Contribute ideas to integrated marketing campaigns, from digital to in-store activation.
