The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, timelines, and budgets. This role will coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site workers to manage all daily operations on-site and ensure efficient and quality delivery of Top Volt Engineering's electrical, partition, and miscellaneous construction services.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Supervise day-to-day operations at the construction site to ensure project milestones are met.

2. Manage and allocate tasks to subcontractors, electricians, and general workers according to project phases.

3. Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with Top Volt Engineering standards and client requirements.

4. Enforce site safety policies and ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed by site personnel.

5. Ensure timely delivery and proper storage of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

6. Identify and resolve any on-site technical issues that may arise during installation or construction.

7. Serve as the point of contact on-site for clients, consultants, and inspectors.

8. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, incident reports, and other required documentation. 9. Coordinate site inspections with relevant authorities and clients to ensure compliance and approvals.
