工作时间 Working Hours:

-每月仅休息 1 天,无弹性假期调整

-每天必须固定加班,每周累计加班时数不少于16小时;

-工作强度大,需具备极强体力和心理抗压能力

-迟到、早退或怠工行为严禁,零容忍政策

-Only 1 rest day per month, no flexible leave allowed

-Mandatory daily overtime, with total overtime hours no less than 16 hours

-High work intensity; candidates must have strong physical stamina and mental resilience

-Zero tolerance for tardiness, early leaving or absenteeism

主要职责 Responsibilities:

-协助厨师长全面管理厨房运营,确保厨房运作高效有序

-监督及指导厨房团队,严格执行卫生及安全标准

-严格执行食材采购、存储及库存管理,防止浪费及不合规操作

-参与菜品制作,确保食品质量及出品标准符合公司要求

-处理厨房突发状况,保证厨房运营顺畅

-遵守并执行所有相关食品安全法规及内部政策

-Assist Chef de Partie in overall kitchen operations management to ensure efficient and orderly kitchen functioning

-Supervise and guide kitchen team, strictly enforcing hygiene and safety standards

-Strictly manage ingredient procurement, storage and inventory to prevent waste and non-compliance

-Participate in food preparation, ensuring food quality and presentation meet company standards

-Handle kitchen emergencies to maintain smooth operations

-Comply with all relevant food safety regulations and internal policies

任职资格 Requirements:

-必须完全掌握中英文听说读写能力,具备专业沟通能力

-至少10年以上厨房管理或副厨师长相关工作经验

-具备超强工作压力承受力及适应长时间加班能力

-严格的时间管理与执行力,服从公司管理及工作安排

-持有相关厨师资格证书优先

-无任何违法违规记录

-Full proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin, with professional communication skills

-Minimum 10 years of kitchen management or Assistant Chef de Partie experience

-Strong ability to withstand high work pressure and adapt to long overtime hours

-Rigorous time management, strong execution, and compliance with company management and work arrangements

-Relevant culinary certifications preferred

-No criminal or employment violations;
