3D Designer
Working Days & Timing | Mon- Fri, 9am to 6pm
Basic | $3000 - $4000, depends on experience
Work location | Woodlands
Benefits | AWS, 1 month. VB, depends on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate, conceptualise, and design proposals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, understanding project briefs and objectives.
- Create initial design sketches and computer-generated 2D and 3D visualisations.
- Produce accurate technical drawings for construction purposes.
- Attend regular meetings with the creative team to discuss progress.
- Work with the in-house production team to ensure high-quality output.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Display initiative, working both individually and as part of a team.
- Propose design solutions that exceed client briefs and push creative boundaries.
- Maintain workflow according to project schedules, meeting various tasks and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup/3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray.
- Knowledge of Lumion or Revit is advantageous.
- Strong sense of composition, realism, texture, colour, lighting, and attention to detail.
