Prepare documents for scanning and data processing while ensuring compliance with SLA and production goals.

Maintain high-quality output while optimizing speed and precision.

Troubleshoot minor issues and perform basic maintenance.

Learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Prepare document

* Remove staplers & fastener

* Straighten and flatten documents

* Insert divider to distinguish type of document

* Re-arranged document, remove dividers and staple back to its original stage after image digitizing

Scanning

* Skilled in operating and managing multiple scanners for efficient document processing

* Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.

* Open to feedback and actively contributing to continuous process improvements

Image Check

* Ensure image and data are correct

* Remove blank page if require by project

* De-skewing & re-orientating scanned images

* Verify with original document if encounter any unsatisfactory images

* Send for re-scan if image is unsatisfactory after verification
