About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner to join our team at Mcaas Solutions Pte. Ltd.' in the West Region. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services for a variety of clients, including post-renovation, move-out, and disc scrubbing floor polishing carpet shampooing tasks.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties after renovation or prior to new occupancy
  • Conduct disc scrubbing services to restore and maintain hard floor surfaces
  • Utilise appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure a spotless finish
  • Adhere to strict health and safety standards throughout all cleaning tasks
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and meet their specific cleaning requirements
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with clients
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the cleaning operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Cleaner, ideally in the post-renovation, move-out, or disc scrubbing, floor polishing sectors
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role( candidate cannot be to old)
  • Familiarity with the safe operation of cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with clients
