Rental Consultant

Due to expansion, we have an immediate vacancy for an experienced sales professional to join our automotive short term leasing team. Join us as a Rental Consultant and drive the growth of rental sales. If you're skilled in client management and have a Class 3 driving license, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:

• Indoor Sales - Closing sales and sourcing potential new leads.
• Ensure individual and department sales targets are met.
• Attend to counter duties.
• Perform whole vehicle rental process from attending to enquiries, preparation of quotation and Rental Agreement, to book and check in/ out cars in accordance with the sales workflow.
• Provide excellent customer service and quality after-sales service.
• Maintain good relationship with customers to achieve high customer retention rate.
• Manage and follow up on customer's ageing account.
• Be kept abreast of market changes, competitor pricing and promotions.
• A Team Player at work.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" or "N" level or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work well within a team.
• Confident in liaising with individuals across all organizational levels.
• Must hold a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.
