**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Understand project requirements and rules to be developed in IBM ODM
- Write technical specifications for the project and review with senior ODM developer
- Design and develop solutions for ODM-related projects
- Perform unit testing of developed solutions
- Support SIT and UAT testing according to project timeline
- Take charge of the end-to-end SDLC life cycle from development to production deployment
- Work independently on assigned tasks, with an accurate and detail-oriented personality
**Ideal candiate**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of overall experience as a software engineer
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM ODM development, specifically version 8.8 and above
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with IBM ODM 8.8 and above, including familiarity with all rule artifacts
- Strong knowledge of the Decision Server and Decision Center components of IBM ODM
- Proficiency with IBM WAS
- Core Java and PL/SQL skills (optional)
- Excellent analytical skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of design patterns and development principles
- Practical knowledge of RDBMS design and SQL
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
