Are you ready to reshape how internal audit works? We seek a change catalyst who views audit transformation as an opportunity to innovate. This role goes beyond process improvement – it is about bringing fresh perspectives to governance while bridging traditional audit with modern practices. We need someone who can spot opportunities in challenges and simplify complex change initiatives. You will implement meaningful transformation initiatives that strengthen URA's governance and audit landscape. Working at the forefront of change, you will introduce new audit practices and digital solutions that enhance our organisation's risk intelligence.

What you will be working on

You will implement key digital initiatives within our audit function:

• Implement continuous monitoring system through automated tools and dashboards for real-time risk monitoring. Design and optimise alert mechanisms for threshold breaches.

• Collaborate with business auditors to deploy data analytics solutions for audit testing. Drive the adoption of digital tools to enhance audit efficiency and execute data-driven audit procedures and analysis.

• Advance audit digital capabilities through effective demonstration of audit software and analytics tools, aligning with the public sector competency framework.

What we are looking for


• Strong hands-on experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.

• Demonstrated ability to implement digital solutions independently.

• Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation.

• Good understanding of data management principles.

• Demonstrated success in business transformation and process re-engineering.

• Proven ability in stakeholder management and change implementation.
