
HR Operations Assistant

This position requires assisting the Executive or Manager to coordinate administrative functions, recruitment activities and time sheet payroll processing, employee data management, update staff training records, collate appraisal, roster schedule updates & other operations duties.
- Support essential day-to-day HR operations including posting of hiring of staff and locum doctors on job portals.
- Update, maintain leaves and medical records of staff and track staff daily attendance check in and out module.
- Assist in the Staff Training & Clinic Operations duty
- Assist in the process of payroll such as overtime calculation, incentive payment, and upload staff shift schedule for all clinics.
- Assist in the performance review process including preparing appraisals, and consolidating clinical incidence reports
- To assist in the recruitment process which includes job postings, scheduling interviews, screening of resumes, and preparing acceptance letters.
- Assist in organizing company team building events, training events
- Assist in writing meeting minutues
- Any other admin duties as assigned periodically.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Must have a high degree of professional integrity, confidentiality with accuracy at work
- Highly responsible & reliable, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, time management skills
- Minimum 6 months commitment
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, under minimal supervision
- Full time Intern (42.5 hours per week)
- Part Time Intern 32 hours per week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
