Job Description
Reports directly to a Manager.
Assist in client's corporate secretarial matters.
Drafting and preparing of Directors Resolutions and Minutes of Meetings.
Maintain and ensure the files are up-to-date (i.e. registers, signed documents, ACRA lodgements)
Support in clients KYC, risk management procedures and Job codes assignments and closures.
Sending e-reminders and monitory of clients' deadlines.
Any other ad hoc secretarial duties.
Handle office administrative matters: -
i) procurement and organise of stationeries, pantry supplies, gifts, etc
ii) courier arrangement, mail management, etc
iii) scanning of documents, binding and printing of reports, etc
- Receiving and directing phone calls.
